Jessie Zinderman Advances Literacy Instruction Through Community Leadership

Jessie Zinderman, one of our dedicated Teaching Associates, completed the Institute of Multisensory Education Comprehensive Orton-Gillingham Plus Training (June 24–28, 2024). This intensive program equips educators with research-based strategies to support literacy development through a structured, multisensory approach. Jessie’s participation in this training enhances her ability to provide effective, individualized instruction for students.

Beyond her professional growth, Jessie is also making a meaningful impact in the community. She is launching a Special Olympics Young Athletes Program for Somerset County as the head coach, with sessions beginning this past fall. This incredible initiative will provide opportunities for young athletes to develop motor skills, social confidence, and a love for movement in an inclusive environment.
