Jimmy Hetherington, Class of 2008, returns to Far Hills as a Counselor, Tutor, and Mentor in Extended Day!
“Returning to Far Hills has been electrifying. I was once a pre-kindergartener, not knowing anything outside of the small schoolhouse and its playground. Now I’m a college graduate, and I’ve got to say, Far Hills has become more than just a schoolhouse. I’m a lifer, and seeing people from my era, from teachers to peers, brightens my day, fundamentally it’s a community that encourages learning every step of the way.
The extended day program has me operating as a counselor, tutor, and mentor. Working with the students generates its fair share of insight, reigniting grade-level memories, and forming friendships with them will always be worthwhile. It’s good to have broadened my horizon with Far Hills yet again!”
