Katie '12 and Parker '11 Announce Their Engagement!

We’re thrilled to share that Far Hills alumni Katie and Parker are engaged! The two reconnected in 2021 through mutual friends and now live and work in Brooklyn, NY.

“It has been so much fun to reflect on Far Hills Country Day School memories with each other over the last few years. We both look back fondly on our time there and still can't believe what a small world it is to be marrying our middle school classmate!”

After graduating from Far Hills, Katie attended Portsmouth Abbey School before earning her BA in Marketing from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business in 2020. She currently serves as Finance and Project Manager at Greenstar International LLC.

Parker went on to Delbarton School and later earned his BS in Business Administration, Markets, Innovation & Design from Bucknell University in 2019. He spent five years as a General Manager and Director of Events for NYC restaurants before launching his own events company, Curated By, in May 2025. His business specializes in connecting clients with unique event venues across Manhattan.
