Our counselors are local high school and college students that have been thoroughly vetted through our intensive application process. Many of our counselors are interested in pursuing degrees in education. Counselors in Training are 13-14 years old.

What is your staff to camper ratio?

Depending on the age group our ratios vary between 1:6 to 1:8. All groups will have a professional lead teacher and a college or high school aged counselor. Counselors in Training (C.I.T.) will help support each of the groups throughout the day. They are not included in the ratio.
