1. Articulate and implement the Portrait of a Learner in all dimensions of the student experience.

2. Develop the Far Hills Country Day School Learning Roadmap to ensure that every student achieves the attributes of the Portrait of a Learner through a structured, inquiry-based curriculum that fosters questioning, research, and critical and innovative thinking while integrating interdisciplinary and STEAM learning, intentional and developmentally appropriate technology education, and authentic assessment.

3. Enhance mentorship and advisory programs to provide every student with personalized guidance, purposeful leadership opportunities, strong character development, and supportive relationships throughout their Far Hills journey.

4. Align Professional development for faculty through impactful professional learning, collaboration, and evaluation that supports excellence in Small by Design education.

5. Bolster the family partnership to support each child's academic progress and social-emotional well-being by creating authentic opportunities for engagement, communication, and collaboration that support each child's academic and social-emotional growth.

Far Hills is known for experiences that extend learning beyond the classroom. We are expanding these opportunities so every student benefits from the programs that make our school unique.

1. Reimagine Kindergarten through Grade 8 Capstone as opportunities for students to stretch themselves, discover new strengths, and practice leadership in real, visible ways.

2. Integrate our 54-acre campus into the curriculum through immersive outdoor and experiential learning opportunities.

3. Empower student voice through leadership, public speaking, and student-led publications.

4. Enrich opportunities for every student to engage in the arts, athletics, STEAM, and co-curricular experiences that ignite curiosity, engage the intellect, and contribute to a well-rounded Far Hills experience.

5. Integrate Service Learning initiatives at every grade level.
