At Far Hills, Preschool students team up to race Code-a-Pillar robots in the Brain Space. The spacious floorplan is the optimal environment for coding partners to discuss the steps needed to build, test and race these engaging learning robots. The lesson begins by explaining the concepts of sequences (sets of directions) and problem-solving (how many step and turns will it take your robot to get from the start to the finish line?)  Next, each coding team adds robot segments—the correct number and in the correct order—to meet their team goals. They must plan, test and retry if the original plan fails. When all systems are go, the teams wait for the green flag! It’s ready, set, Code-a-Pillars to the finish!
