Parent series. This is a series of “conversations” that are geared to provide information, promote discussion and build community. Sessions will run from 8:30 - 9:30am in the FHCDS café. We invite all members of the FHCDS community to participate. Topics for the meetings are:
Oct. 8 How to maintain our values in the 21st century.
Nov. 12 How to use effective social problem solving skills.
Dec. 10 What is the impact of technology on our children and what should we do about it?
Jan. 14 How to set “loving limits.”
Feb. 11 How to handle academic stress.
March 4 How to achieve social confidence.
April 8 How to explain and cope with the world in which we live.
May 13 How to keep families in balance.
Attend some, attend all, just attend!
