A co-educational private school for Preschool–Grade Eight

Tuition Support

Far Hills Country Day School was founded as the Mt. Kemble School in 1929, during a period of U.S. history that was marked with unforeseen and sudden economic hardship for most families across the country. Despite extreme financial challenges for the school and its community, our founders stayed the course and remained true to their mission to provide experiential, forward-thinking education to their students. That mission had compelled and inspired them to create the school.

Today, as stewards of that legacy, Far Hills is duty-bound to offer vital tuition support to well-deserving families who may otherwise shy away from applying to an independent school. We encourage families of all socioeconomic backgrounds to apply for a FH education.

Far Hills offers over $1 million annually in financial assistance to nearly 20% of our families. Far Hills has a socioeconomically diverse community, enriched with a variety of experiences and backgrounds.

Investing in your child’s early education is an important decision. We welcome the opportunity to discuss a financial partnership that will make it possible for your child to attend Far Hills Country Day School.
