A co-educational private school for Preschool–Grade Eight

Parents Committee

The Parents Committee is the bridge between Far Hills the school and Far Hills the community. This group of parent volunteers are tasked with building community spirit, serving as a “helping hand” to the Administration and Board of Trustees, communicating with the parent body and participating in school functions.

Parents Committee meetings, held on the first Wednesday of each month, are open to all parents and typically feature a teacher presentation, calendar of upcoming school and social events, and updates from our Head of School. Please join us in the cafe at 8:15 a.m. for the next meeting.

Following the monthly Parents’ Committee meeting, 25 parents tackled the Far Hills Ropes Course on October 4, 2017, testing their strength, coordination, teamwork and perseverance— not to mention overcoming fears and celebrating accomplishments! These are the same lessons all Far Hills students experience on the course, starting in Grade 3.
